French-Speaking Junior Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious French‑speaking Junior Telesales Representative to join our Lisbon team. This full‑time position is ideal for early‑career professionals who enjoy engaging customers, promoting products and contributing to sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work towards targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, retail or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales.
