French-Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking professional who enjoys helping people. Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Representative, working on‑site to assist users via phone, email, or chat and deliver a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist customers with product or service‑related questions, issues, and complaints.
• Provide accurate, complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (B2 level or higher) and good English for internal communication.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Porto.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
• Positive attitude, patience and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

What we offer

• Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day.
• Transport allowance: not provided.
• Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal: shared apartment (up to 12 months) at €280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip) and airfare reimbursement up to €400 (economy class) after six months of employment.
• For candidates already in Portugal: relocation support only if currently living in competitor‑provided accommodation.
