French-speaking Customer Service Representative – Travel

About the role

Join Concentrix in Porto as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative focused on travel. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, helping them book, modify, or cancel travel arrangements while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Assist clients with booking, modifying, and cancelling travel reservations.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, services, and company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve service delivery.
• Collect and report feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French (written and spoken) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Positive attitude, analytical mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms.
