French-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Remote (Braga)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and chat while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and requests efficiently and empathetically.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer‑satisfaction levels.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, services and company procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality, retail or other customer‑facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in Braga or within a 50 km radius.
