French‑Speaking Customer Advisor in Guimarães

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Guimarães. You will handle inbound and outbound client communications, providing professional support and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls and back‑office tasks with clarity and professionalism.
• Resolve client inquiries, manage objections and offer tailored solutions based on project goals.
• Use multiple digital tools and software to maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent French at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Strong operational computer skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and teamwork.
• Availability for 40 hours/week on rotating schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 7:30 am‑6:00 pm).
• Previous experience in customer service or call centres is a strong plus.
