Customer Service Advisor – Catalan Speaker (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a Catalan‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join Nestlé Business Solutions remotely from Portugal. You will handle consumer inquiries through phone, email and social media, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while representing various Nestlé brands.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels, including social media, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific product features.
• Record consumer requests in internal databases and share feature requests with relevant stakeholders.
• Inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback for FAQ and knowledge‑base documents.
• Handle serious or sensitive contacts according to Nestlé CES Standard Instructions.
• Redirect inquiries to appropriate teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Catalan and fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and communication channels.
• Customer‑management orientation with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus, as is familiarity with the Nestlé industry or CRM systems.
