French Speaking Customer Service & Finance Roles in Portugal

About the role

Our client, a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, is expanding its operations in Portugal and is looking for native or professionally fluent French speakers to join a variety of positions in Porto. Roles range from customer‑service agents to financial administrators and team leaders, all operating in a multicultural, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver front‑office and customer‑service support in French and English.
• Handle credit‑to‑cash processes, invoicing and other financial administration tasks.
• Lead small teams, coach staff and ensure service level targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments using CRM and ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Native or C1/C2 level French proficiency, with good English.
• Relevant experience in customer support, shared services, finance, accounting or team management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid work permit for Portugal or EU citizenship.
• Currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
