French-speaking Customer Service Advisor – Airline (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading airline’s support team in Lisbon. In this position you will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them with bookings, flight changes and a wide range of travel‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist passengers via phone, email or chat with booking requests, itinerary modifications and general travel information.
• Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries in French and English.
• Handle reservation updates, ticket re‑issues and resolve service issues promptly.
• Document interactions in the airline’s CRM system and follow up on open cases.
• Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless passenger experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and good level of English.
• EU citizenship, valid work permit, or refugee protection certificate.
• Customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
