French Customer Support Representative – Braga (Fixed Shifts)

About the role

Join a collaborative team in Braga where you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels. This position offers a fast‑paced environment focused on delivering high‑quality service and building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional assistance via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns and account‑related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Offer clear guidance and practical solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions, updates and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Meet service level, quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
