French Customer Advisor – E‑Health Platform – Braga

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑health platform as a French‑speaking Customer Advisor in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for users, providing assistance through phone, email and live chat while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional, empathetic support to French‑speaking users via multiple channels.
• Guide customers through the platform, answering questions about accounts, features and services.
• Document interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues within defined timeframes.
• Meet KPIs related to satisfaction, response time, productivity and resolution rates.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year of customer support experience (or related role) is a plus.
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
