Freelance Talent Sourcer – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Talent Sourcer to join our partner’s recruitment team. Based in Portugal and working remotely, you will use innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high‑quality candidates across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, X‑Ray search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to spot hiring trends.
• Assess candidate availability, motivation and fit before submission.
• Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) authorizations and document sourcing activities.
• Submit qualified profiles through the partner portal and support interview scheduling.

Required profile

• Proactive recruitment professional comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience sourcing candidates in one or more industries.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
