We are hiring Flemish‑speaking Customer Support Agents to provide assistance to international clients in Lisbon. The role involves handling phone, chat and email inquiries for travel, retail and tech products.
Key responsibilities
- Support Flemish‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
- Assist with inquiries from travel, fashion or coffee‑machine projects.
- Provide clear and friendly customer service.
- Work in an international support team.
Required profile
- Fluent in Flemish and good English.
- Already living in Lisbon or nearby.
