About the role
We are looking for a Flemish‑speaking Customer Support Agent to assist international clients in travel, retail and tech sectors, based in Lisbon.
Key responsibilities
- Support Flemish‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
- Handle inquiries related to travel, fashion or coffee‑machine projects.
- Provide clear and friendly customer service.
- Collaborate within an international support team.
Required profile
- Fluent in Flemish and good English.
- Already living in Lisbon or nearby.
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Available to start ASAP.
