Employee Listening & Insights Specialist

About the role

As an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist at Bosch, you will turn employee feedback into actionable insights that shape the employee experience across the organization. You will work closely with HR and business partners to design, deliver and analyse listening initiatives that support engagement, wellbeing and leadership effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define listening needs and translate them into surveys and other feedback solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of employee surveys, including engagement, wellbeing, pulse, leadership and lifecycle listening.
• Analyse survey data, identify trends and generate clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Support the creation of action plans and monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational and platform teams to continuously enhance listening tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in employee experience, employee listening, people analytics, organizational development or HR technology.
• Familiarity with survey design, feedback methodologies or organizational diagnostics is a plus.
