E2E Repair Manager – Supply Chain & Repair Solutions

About the role

The E2E Repair Manager will lead complex repair solutions and improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet programme and customer targets for time, cost and quality. Based in Lisbon, the role works closely with supply‑chain, engineering and airline partners to deliver end‑to‑end repair services.

Key responsibilities

• Industrialise the supply chain by analysing lead times, capacity and logistical constraints.
• Develop and challenge repair programmes, mitigation strategies and technical solutions.
• Negotiate supplier capacity and cost, manage material reservations and missing‑part processes.
• Define material need strategies using engineering data while respecting inventory and volume rules.
• Monitor deliveries of ongoing repair projects and manage ICB processes.
• Participate in daily stakeholder meetings to anticipate workload and ensure on‑time, quality delivery of materials.
• Handle customer orders, IPO and VSF/VSE creation, steering downstream kit activities.
• Adapt industrial processes for AOG repair business, including quotes, order handling, logistics, and short‑term recoveries.
• Provide supply‑chain solutions aligned with customer constraints and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of study in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately three years of experience in a supply‑chain environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Open‑minded, self‑motivated and able to think creatively.
• Interest in working in an international, customer‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SAP (programming skills and basic Skywise exposure are advantageous).
