Supply Chain Performance Analyst – Hybrid Role

About the role

Join Airbus Portugal’s Global Business Services team as a Supply Chain Performance Analyst. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of performance data, turning raw activity files into actionable insights for senior security and operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain the “G26 Daily Activities & KPIs” files for each service provider, ensuring strict naming conventions and data integrity.
• Align activity files with the master template and coordinate yearly updates with stakeholders to keep site‑activity information current.
• Manage the two‑step data flow from Google Sheets into the QLIK Sense platform, acting as the gatekeeper that triggers notifications to Site Security Managers when data is ready.
• Transform integrated data into contractual governance reports and dashboard summaries, storing them securely and distributing insights to the Physical Security team.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical rigor with the ability to detect anomalies or broken files before final reporting.
• Excellent time‑management and project‑coordination skills to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Clear communication skills for notifying senior stakeholders about data actions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Experience using QLIK Sense or other Business Intelligence tools.
