Digital Performance Analytics Senior Associate

About the role

Amgen's Capability Center in Lisbon (ACCP) is hiring a Senior Associate in Digital Analytics within the Global Customer Capabilities & Innovations (GCCI) organization. You will track, report and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns supporting Amgen's commercial initiatives, supporting the Digital Analytics Manager at the ACCP and working with brand leads, the Global Commercial Capabilities team and external media agencies. The role suits someone who turns data into insights in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, track and analyze media performance metrics across digital channels such as display, social, search and video.
• Maintain and update reporting dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint).
• Support brand reporting needs and provide inputs into strategic readouts and campaign reviews.
• Work with media agency partners to ensure timely delivery and validation of data.
• Identify data discrepancies and run quality assurance checks.
• Help document business rules and measurement frameworks, and take part in recurring media reporting cycles.
• Integrate media insights with broader commercial performance narratives.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in digital media, performance reporting or commercial data analysis.
• Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Preferred: familiarity with digital media metrics and reporting tools, experience with external agencies, and pharma/biotech or regulated industry experience.

Required skills

• Preferred: Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Tableau, Power BI, SQL or data wrangling tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data and present findings to non-technical audiences.
