Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at SAMY, you will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of influencer campaigns for L'Oréal Portugal. You will work closely with brand and agency teams to deliver creative, data‑driven solutions that meet brief objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level strategic and creative campaign proposals based on briefs.
• Select influencers, build content calendars and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make strategic adjustments.
• Lead event coordination and brand activations with influencers.
• Collaborate with data team for negotiation strategies, trend analysis and post‑campaign reporting.
• Resolve issues proactively during campaign execution.
• Aggregate results, generate insights and identify new opportunities.
• Manage legal and financial aspects for assigned brands.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of social media and Portuguese influencer market.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative abilities.
• Excellent leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
