Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist – Danish

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist to join our Lisbon office on a hybrid basis. You will work with high‑value advertising clients, building and optimising campaigns across Search, Mobile and Video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch optimisation campaigns for high‑value advertising customers.
• Create keyword packs, set bids and provide budget recommendations.
• Collect and analyse data at account and campaign level to inform strategies.
• Produce reports that support optimisation decisions.
• Apply optimisation techniques across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile and Video to meet client goals.
• Identify opportunities within accounts to capture additional sales.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and policies.
• Suggest operational improvements and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Danish (both spoken and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• 1‑2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (AdWords) and related online advertising platforms.
• Certified in Google Ads Search fundamentals (preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
