Data Research Intern – Real Estate & Cadastral Focus

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Data Research Intern to support our team in navigating ownership processes, real‑estate and cadastral data, and industry‑specific intelligence. This internship may be extended based on performance and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance on ownership regulations and related processes.
- Deliver insights and intelligence on real‑estate, cadastral and sector‑specific data.
- Collaborate with team members to source, compile and verify essential information and contacts.
- Scale data effectively to aid decision‑making and strategic planning.
Required profile
- Passionate about data and problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with Portuguese real‑estate and cadastral data processes.
- Experience or interest in the telecoms industry or working with municipalities is a plus.
Required skills
- GIS knowledge.
