Investment Analyst – Real Estate (Lisbon)

About the role

CORUM is recruiting an Investment Analyst with up to three years of experience to join its Investment Team in Lisbon. The role sits within the Sourcing Team and works closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process, from origination to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse real‑estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes.
• Build and maintain detailed discounted cash‑flow models.
• Analyse market, valuation and comparable transaction data.
• Review tenant, sponsor and counter‑party financials.
• Prepare investment‑committee materials and internal memoranda.
• Support senior team members throughout transaction execution.

Required profile

• Background in real estate, finance, investment banking, consulting, private equity or a recent Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish or Italian a plus.
• Clear communicator able to synthesize complex investment rationales.
• Self‑starter with autonomy and ability to work under pressure.
• Interest in cross‑border investing across European markets.
