Property Manager (Mandarin/Vietnamese) Virtual Assistant

About the role

CS Outsource is hiring Mandarin- and Vietnamese-speaking Virtual Assistants to support property management operations. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in property management, real estate, or related administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders
• Assist with resident and property-related inquiries
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium
• Handle administrative and data‑entry tasks
• Track follow‑ups, documentation, and outstanding requests
• Support the property management team with day‑to‑day operations

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese, with strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related role
• Buildium experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
