Data Analyst – Business Intelligence

About the role

As a Data Analyst you will transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions across countries and functions. You will design reporting solutions, improve data quality and leverage modern analytics technologies to create tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, validate and analyse data from internal systems to monitor KPIs and business objectives.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve automated dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with international and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create documentation for reporting solutions, datasets and analytical processes, and contribute to data‑quality initiatives.
• Optimize reporting and analytics workflows through automation and AI‑supported solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence or reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a business‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Power BI (or comparable BI tool)
• SQL for data extraction, querying and optimisation
• Python (pandas) for data manipulation and analysis
• Microsoft Fabric or similar modern analytics platform
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI tools for analytics automation
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – advantage
