MLOps Engineer – Hybrid Cloud Platform

About the role

As an MLOps Engineer you will help define and evolve Bosch's MLOps strategy for a hybrid cloud environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards. You will design a scalable, self‑service platform that covers the full machine‑learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model monitoring, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the MLOps strategy for hybrid cloud, aligning with business objectives and security standards.
• Design and implement a scalable, self‑service MLOps platform covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision cloud and on‑premises resources.
• Ensure robust security practices and maintain reproducibility and reliability of ML pipelines.
• Build monitoring dashboards and alerting systems, and collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, DevOps or similar roles.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
