DevOps Software Developer – RTA-CAR Communication

About the role

Join an agile, international engineering team that creates communication solutions for next‑generation automotive systems. As a DevOps Software Developer you will enhance the software development lifecycle by designing robust CI/CD pipelines, driving automation, and optimizing engineering processes. You will collaborate with developers, product owners and global teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for build, integration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure reliability, efficiency and security of pipelines supporting development and operations.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and international colleagues to align tooling with product goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, build and deployment issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or a related technical field.
• Strong experience designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker and Python.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps principles.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments and troubleshooting build/deployment issues.
