Extracurricular Internship – Product Information Management

About the role

This 12‑month extracurricular internship supports the Product Information Management (PIM) application owner and the Digital Content Chain product owner at Bosch Ovar. You will help implement Stibo STEP standards, bridge communication with central IT, and ensure data consistency across the digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the PIM and DCC product owners in applying governance guidelines and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with central IT teams.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise data consistency across PIM, ERP, CCMS, and APIs.
• Identify data gaps, resolve operational issues, and refine product taxonomies, hierarchies, and metadata.
• Assist with day‑to‑day PIM platform operations, user support, and agile sprint deliveries.

Required profile

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management or related field.
• Initial practical experience or project work in digital content management, e‑commerce or data analysis.
• Analytical mindset, structured problem‑solving approach, and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
