Cyber Security Architect – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to join its technology consultancy team. The role is fully remote within Portugal and focuses on designing secure cloud solutions and embedding security practices into the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration platforms.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Define and enforce cryptographic standards, key management policies, and PKI solutions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure compliance with IAM protocols (OIDC, SAML).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on security best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a security architect or similar role.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and ability to work remotely from Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into secure technical designs.
