Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, ensure governance, engage stakeholders and lead the project team to deliver key packages on time, within budget and with the expected business benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project work, assign tasks, mobilise resources and monitor progress, risks, issues, schedule and budget.
• Design and enforce project governance structures and decision‑making processes.
• Engage with stakeholders in complex environments, propose alternative ways of working and drive better outcomes.
• Coach, support and energise the project team, clearly communicating roles and responsibilities.
• Lead project closure activities, capture lessons learned and verify achievement of business case assumptions.
• Champion project‑management standards, methodologies, tools and templates and coach the team on their use.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and eliminate waste to boost team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets and developing people.
• Certification and ability to coach project‑management practices such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and in a matrix organisation.
• Reliable, adaptable, digitally‑agile, customer‑centric, innovative and results‑focused.
