Android Developer - AI Finance Agent

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑powered finance assistant and needs an Android engineer to create the native mobile experience. You will work on fast, reliable features that help users manage insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services directly from their phones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create clean, intuitive mobile flows for insurance and financial products.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs and ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile interactions.
• Optimize app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to continuously refine the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences with on‑device TensorFlow Lite where they add real value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
• Strong fundamentals in Android and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Excellent sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and end‑to‑end user flows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
• High ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
