Android Software Engineer - AI Neobank App

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑powered neobank app that simplifies insurance, payments, claims and other financial services. We are looking for an Android Software Engineer who can create clean, high‑performance native experiences for real customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin.
• Create smooth mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensuring stability, security and reliability.
• Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Leverage analytics and production data to iterate on the product.
• Implement AI‑assisted experiences where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in Android and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Deep knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android architecture.
• Excellent sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and user flows.
• Experience debugging production issues and integrating REST APIs.
• High ownership, fast execution and strong attention to product quality.
