About the role
Act as the primary eCommerce technical partner of the brand Digital Commerce team, supporting the business and market in managing content on Nestlé eCommerce platforms. You will perform light front‑end coding, monitor website performance, and provide technical support to ensure high‑quality, consistent online experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Create, change or extend website functionality and design solutions upon business approval.
- Provide technical support for markets and internal teams, handling tickets and troubleshooting.
- Continuously improve websites across functionality, design, and SEO.
- Coordinate with external tech agencies to remove blockers and keep production moving.
- Automate and speed up standard routines, analysing operations and proposing improvements.
- Assist in managing the Gitflow process, code workflow and technical deliveries.
- Execute website and content management tasks via ticketing tools, including light front‑end coding with high quality.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Implement approved recommendations and basic SEO improvements through CMS tools.
- Organise and deliver trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- University degree in Digital Media, Digital Communication or Digital Technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, NPM and Gulp.
- Hands‑on experience with Drupal (versions 4 and 8) and image editing in Photoshop.
- Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize.
- Proficient with Git version control.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven web‑mastering and content optimisation experience, including Google webmaster tools.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Search Console).
- Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
- Highly proactive, motivated and team‑oriented.
