About the role

Join a leading cryptocurrency trading platform as a Customer Support Representative, providing bilingual assistance in Portuguese and English through live chat and email. You will work in a hybrid model, spending day shifts on‑site and night shifts remotely, helping users navigate the fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via live chat and email in Portuguese and English.
• Deliver accurate, high‑quality service while staying up‑to‑date with platform features and crypto‑market fundamentals.
• Manage and follow up on inquiries or complaints from current and prospective users.
• Translate customer needs into constructive feedback for management.
• Flag discrepancies, potential risks, or unusual situations to ensure smooth frontline operations.
• Continuously propose improvements to boost team performance and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Near‑native Portuguese proficiency (reading and typing).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling live chat and email.
• Background in finance, economics, mathematics, business administration, or related analytical fields is a plus.
• Numerical acumen and comfort working with data and statistics.
• Passion for fintech and cryptocurrency trading.
• Team‑player attitude, self‑driven, and able to work 5‑day shifts including weekends and public holidays.
