Customer Success Manager – French Speaking Markets

About the role

CASAFARI is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve French‑speaking markets across Europe. You will act as the trusted advisor for real‑estate clients in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and other French‑speaking regions, helping them maximise the value of our data‑intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops and webinars to new customers.
• Provide multi‑channel support (tickets, email, phone) with timely, customer‑first responses.
• Develop deep knowledge of CASAFARI’s product suite and the real‑estate industry.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across Europe.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse usage data to understand behaviour, needs and engagement.
• Create targeted campaigns for new and less active users.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and share insights with Account Management.
• Train and support new team members within client agencies.
• Act as a bridge between client needs and the product team.

Required profile

• Native‑level French with fluent English.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Success or similar role.
• Enthusiastic about AI, technology and real‑estate.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Curious, proactive, organized and an excellent communicator.
• Empathetic, customer‑focused and eager to grow in a fast‑moving start‑up.
