Account Manager – Chinese Speaker

About the role

Scrambly is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to manage relationships with gaming advertisers and drive performance‑focused campaigns. You will act as the primary contact for partners such as Playtika, Scopely, and SuperPlay, handling both strategic discussions and technical campaign setup.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new advertisers and configure multi‑reward campaigns.
• Analyze data sets to optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with advertisers, providing regular updates and addressing challenges.
• Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and data.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive, autonomous work style.
• Native Chinese speaker with high‑level English proficiency (B2+).

Required skills

• Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
• Familiarity with MMPs such as Appsflyer and Adjust.
• Knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models.
• Experience in rewarded‑advertising environments.
