Customer Service Specialist – Arabic Speaker (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a global technology company in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to small and medium‑sized businesses that use our digital advertising platforms, helping them maximise the value of their campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email and phone to SMB clients.
• Assist clients with set‑up, optimisation and troubleshooting of digital advertising solutions.
• Handle pre‑sales and post‑sales inquiries to improve the overall client experience.
• Identify technical issues related to campaign performance and platform usage and work with internal teams to resolve them.
• Guide customers on best practices to enhance their use of online advertising tools.
• Collect and share customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (C2) and strong English (minimum C1) – both written and spoken.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
• Basic computer literacy; advanced technical skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends.
