Customer Service Representative (RMA & Returns)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers, sales, and service teams, handling a range of pre‑sales and post‑sales service activities. This role focuses on processing returns, repairs, exchanges, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, text, and social media platforms.
• Receive and document customer requests, generate trouble tickets for returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges.
• Update internal databases with the status of returned materials, inventory, and account information.
• Record and report equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain organized filing systems to keep service information readily accessible.
• Schedule field service repair calls when required.
• Handle requests for additional company materials and maintain records of schedule changes, product enhancements, pricing updates, and return credit issues.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of related customer service or returns processing experience.
• Strong understanding of service workflows and ability to apply judgment to moderately complex issues.
• Ability to follow general instructions for new assignments and work independently.
