Customer Service Representative – Relocate to Portugal

About the role

Join a multicultural team in Portugal as a Customer Service Representative, supporting world‑famous brands across technology, travel, fashion and entertainment. No prior experience is required – we provide paid training from day one and help you settle in Lisbon or Porto.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound phone calls, emails or live chat (no cold calling).
• Resolve account issues, track shipments and troubleshoot technical queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through polite, efficient support.
• Collaborate with an international team of colleagues across Europe.

Required profile

• Fluency in one of the listed languages (e.g., Danish, German, French, Spanish, Polish, etc.) at native or fluent level.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools.
• Eligibility to work in the EU or a valid Portuguese work visa.
