Customer Service Representative

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers, sales, and service teams through multiple communication channels. The role supports both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, handling returns, repairs, and exchanges while ensuring accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, text, and social media platforms.
• Create and manage trouble tickets for returns (RMA), servicing, and product exchanges.
• Update internal databases with the status of returned items, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain organized records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements, pricing updates, and resolve credit issues.
• Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of related customer service or technical support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks.
• Good judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
• Ability to follow general instructions for new assignments.
