Customer Service Representative – German Speaker (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking motivated German‑speaking professionals to join our fast‑growing international customer support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely assistance while helping to improve our processes and overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and advice to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
