About the role

Join Concentrix in Porto as a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative supporting a vehicle‑rental brand. You will interact with customers through email and phone, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to the overall customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via email and phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer questions, suggest services, and provide information to attract potential customers.
• Collect new‑customer data and accurately enter it into the internal platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Support the client’s brand by delivering consistent, high‑standard service.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 written and oral) and good English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong capability to identify customer needs and propose swift solutions.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a collaborative team player.
