Customer Service Representative – French Speaking (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering high‑quality phone support and helping them navigate our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone support to French‑speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist existing and potential customers with information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
• Process customer requests in internal systems, such as rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address updates.
• Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in French at a minimum C1 level (required); English is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to commute regularly to Lisbon or willingness to relocate.
