About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural team in Braga. Working remotely from home, you will assist customers via phone, email or chat, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and contributes to overall satisfaction.

• Answer questions, resolve issues and follow up on each case.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Based in Braga, Portugal.
• Motivated with a strong service mindset.
• Good communication skills; English is a plus but not mandatory.
