Customer Service Advisor – English Speaker (Late Shift)

About the role

Farfetch is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join its Operations team in Lisbon. Working the late shift, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and strategic partners, delivering fast, high‑quality support across email, phone and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via multiple channels while adhering to Farfetch’s service promise.
• Provide accurate product and service information, guiding customers through the digital platform.
• Take ownership of cases, resolve issues according to company processes, and aim for customer retention.
• Handle demanding situations with professionalism, emotional intelligence and solution‑focused communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and support localisation initiatives.
• Contribute to team development and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Farfetch values.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within fashion or e‑commerce.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong IT aptitude and comfort using Windows‑based tools.
• Excellent communication, multitasking ability and keen attention to detail.
