Customer Representative – English‑speaking (Cruise Line)

About the role

Join Concentrix in Porto as a Customer Representative supporting English‑speaking cruise guests. You will guide travelers through the entire journey, from booking to post‑cruise follow‑up, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations and special requests.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions and travel requirements.
• Guide guests on documentation, visa requirements, insurance and embarkation procedures.
• Handle inquiries about pricing, promotions, upgrades and loyalty programmes.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in internal systems.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel or tourism (cruise experience a plus).
• Strong computer skills and comfort using multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication and a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays if required.
