Customer Manager (M/F)

About the role

The Customer Manager will be the main point of contact for property owners, ensuring strong partnerships and high satisfaction levels. You will work on acquiring new owners and maintaining existing relationships within a leading Algarve resort.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop contact with owners to secure new partnerships or continue existing ones.
• Monitor and improve owner satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and manage conflicts.
• Represent the resort in owner‑related events and meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer relationship, property management, reception or public relations.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and argumentation abilities.
• Team spirit, creativity, organizational skills, initiative and conflict‑management capability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
