Server Assistant - Pool & Beach

About the role

The Server Assistant assists the server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables. The role supports the pool and beach dining areas, ensuring guests receive attentive and unobtrusive service.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and service the owner and guests' needs before requests are made.
• Retrieve and stock linen, china, silver, glassware and food‑and‑beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work and set tables according to standards.
• Provide unobtrusive, professional service and water throughout the meal.
• Carry trays safely, break them down, and clear tables for the next guests.
• Assist servers during service and respond quickly to any mishaps.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum one‑year food and beverage service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume environment.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
