Customer Care – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care professional to join our Porto Service Center. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, handling requests across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming requests (phone, email, chat) from customers and partners.
• Maintain compliance with quality, security and confidentiality standards.
• Document incidents, anomalies and malfunctions in a structured manner.
• Monitor and follow up on open cases to guarantee timely resolution.
• Identify and propose process or organizational improvements.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the support team.
• Alert stakeholders about recurring issues or systemic problems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in demanding customer service or application support environments.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, continuous‑improvement focused team.
• Fluent French language skills (both written and spoken).
