Community & Partner Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Community & Partner Manager to own and grow our Discord communities and the Alliance Dashboard partner program. You will work closely with our growth and content teams, acting as the primary point of contact for players, alliance leaders, and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and nurture two Discord servers (Play Smarter and Prestige Club), creating a space where players want to gather.
• Design and run valuable events such as readiness sessions, strategy Q&A, and safe top‑up assistance.
• Onboard new partners – alliance leaders, creators, and community owners – onto the Alliance Dashboard and help them launch quickly.
• Support top creators and alliances with tailored campaigns and storytelling of player successes.
• Engage daily on Discord, listening to community feedback and iterating on initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience owning community growth, not just moderation.
• Experience collaborating directly with creators or alliance leaders.
• Ability to write authentic, personable direct messages.
• Passion for 4X or strategy games and understanding of alliance culture is a plus.
