Case Processing Manager, Team Lead (PV Manager)

About the role

PrimeVigilance is a global pharmacovigilance specialist focused on patient safety. The Case Processing Manager / Team Lead will support project activities, lead ICSR staff and ensure high‑quality safety case processing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to project team activities on behalf of the client and the company.
• Line‑manage assigned ICSR staff and oversee daily case processing.
• Create and maintain project‑specific KPIs, optimise procedures and deliver training to improve team efficiency.
• Propose process changes and manage ICSR deviations in collaboration with the Operational Lead.
• Review trackers and timesheets for accuracy and perform second‑quality checks on cases.
• Act as Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance and Person Responsible for Local Screening for the designated country/language.

Required profile

• Life‑science graduate (pharmacy, nursing or related) or equivalent pharmacovigilance experience.
• 5–6 years of pharmacovigilance experience, including at least 3 years in a line‑manager role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Proven delegation, planning and time‑management skills.
• Team‑working attitude and ability to support cross‑functional departments.
