Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director (Delivery) – Europe

About the role

Ergomed’s PrimeVigilance division is seeking an Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Director (Delivery) for Europe. The role will lead the delivery of contracted pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring projects are on‑time, within budget and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule and cost changes while maintaining high‑quality deliverables for clients.
• Act as the PV expert for client projects, supporting the Head of Project Management and senior leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships, manage issue escalation and ensure compliance with worldwide PV regulations.
• Coordinate project set‑up, training of project teams and quality management system activities.
• Review client‑specific core documents, prepare invoices and participate in client audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance within a CRO environment.
• Proven background in PV project management, including scope and budget control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational, conflict‑resolution and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership capability to motivate and coach project teams.
